In our latest collaboration with Montblanc, we had the honour of designing and producing over 400 handcrafted window displays as part of the brand’s global Travel Heritage narrative.
This landmark project draws from Montblanc’s rich history, revisiting the Maison’s earliest marketing moments: from the iconic 1920s Montblanc cars adorned with oversized fountain pens to the romantic promise of a letter written aboard a moving train. These nostalgic scenes became the foundation for a campaign that celebrates the journey of the written word—across land, air, and imagination.
The creative narrative centered around one idea: the journey of a letter. Each window display features a paper-crafted vehicle—a car, train, or airplane—carrying a letter as it travels through a miniature world. These stories unfold against the backdrop of iconic Montblanc Haus, reimagined entirely in paper.
Bringing this vision to life required more than creativity—it demanded scale, precision, and the full dedication of our design and production team. Over 400 windows were produced. Each one was carefully handcrafted in our studio, down to the smallest detail—from swirling trails of paper letters to the rivets on miniature car wheels. This wasn’t just about window design; it was about storytelling through materials. Every curve, fold, and shadow was carefully considered to evoke emotion, heritage, and movement.
